the location was excellent with many stores and bakeries around. breakfast was perfect very diverse and tasty. the bed was comfortable. staff members were super friendly it was a good value for money.
the hotel was noisy people were shouting and swearing. doors banging occurred through the night. people sat outside my room during the evening smoking.

The breakfast offered plenty of options for everyone, including non-vegetarians, vegetarians, and vegans. the bathroom was surprisingly tidy. I found it quite excellent for a hotel like this. the reception staff members were very courteous and friendly, always ready to assist. the hotel location was excellent. It was so close to all the main attractions, and the bus and tram stop was right outside.

My beautiful double room included fresh towels daily and smelled very good as i entered. I really enjoyed the warm atmosphere. the room also had everything i needed and was very clean. it was lovely!

The breakfast included tasty options and a pleasant, very cozy eating area. It had a unique anime and ghibli theme! the staff even prepared a big breakfast package for me when i had an early flight. the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were always available to assist with any questions. they were also knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations. i felt very welcomed and cared for .
